about Jeremy
I've been working with computers for the past nine years or so. I was employed by a department of New Mexico State University for over two years, where I was exposed to many things you just can't get in the private sector. I started as a student employee in the Informatics & Modeling (I/M) Dept. and then progressed into other positions. I performed maintenance and programming tasks on scientific databases (MS Access) and custom Visual Basic applications as well as maintained network integrity and performed hardware upgrades and repairs. I supported a network of over 30 users and 40 machines with software ranging from Solaris 2.6 to Windows NT.
